Purchase the rights to Coors, Corona and other brands for Brooke and Hancock Counties.
Acquired Dowell Distributing Company at 100 Three Springs Drive in Weirton, WV and relocated Wine & Beverage Merchants of WV to this location.
1997
Acquired the wine distribution division of Sweeny Distributing Company in Wheeling, WV.
2001
Purchased the distribution rights to Coors, Corona and other brands in Ohio and Marshall Counties from Sweeny Distributing Company.
